Performance Marketing Specialist

Our company seeks a highly skilled and passionate Performance Marketing Specialist to drive campaigns across platforms.

This role requires a unique blend of marketing, communication, and analytical skills to achieve client Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), grow their brands, retain them with excellent service, and guide them with timely reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention.
  • Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV).
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills – you can explain data and strategy clearly.
  • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • A high-ownership mindset – you take initiative and ensure results.
  • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
  • Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time.
