Market Insights Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Insights Manager to lead research initiatives that shape market strategies and thought leadership in commercial real estate.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics, strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and the ability to deliver high-quality reports and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to provide market intelligence on commercial real estate trends, business location, construction and transaction data.
  • Develop detailed long-form and short-form research reports, including whitepapers, articles, and industry publications, to establish thought leadership and support client requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, talent, city infrastructure to support client-specific assignments.
  • Author research-led articles and blogs to establish Altre as a thought leader.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate research findings into strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in research, market analysis, data analysis or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports, articles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate markets is desirable.
  • Agile and flexible approach to role responsibilities. Startup mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Self-starter, confident, collaborative with ability to multi task and work in a team
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power point)
