Job Title: Global FSSC Vendor Invoice Control Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Global FSSC Vendor Invoice Control Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of vendor invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and validate invoice prices against purchase order prices and master data prices.
  • Investigate root causes of discrepancies and inconsistencies on vendor invoices.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Generate debit/credit note requests and track follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of price agreements and updates.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and procurement policies.
  • Support audit and compliance activities with documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or vendor invoice control analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of pricing agreements and global market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and global pricing structures.
