Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Service Delivery Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of IT service projects and managing project-based teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure successful delivery of projects while fostering a high-performance culture within your team.

Your key responsibilities will include leading and overseeing project delivery, defining project objectives, tracking and reporting project progress, ensuring contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) obligations are met, and maintaining effective customer relationships.

You will also be required to monitor service delivery metrics, take corrective/preventive actions as needed, assign and manage project-specific team resources, and foster team engagement and motivation. Additionally, you will identify training needs, coordinate professional development opportunities, develop succession plans, and ensure timely onboarding of new resources.

Furthermore, you will maintain a risk register for projects, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks, and facilitate rapid escalation and resolution for critical project issues. You will also manage project scope changes through structured Change Control Processes, communicate and align stakeholders on transformation initiatives, and ensure proper documentation.

In addition, you will establish and monitor governance frameworks for effective project delivery, ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards, and maintain financial dashboards to monitor project profitability and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile certifications are required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in service delivery in EUC, Networking, and similar roles in IT Managed services.
