Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist for Quartz Surfaces

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with specifiers, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships within the construction or building materials sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, contractors, and other specifiers.
- Understand Project Requirements: Collaborate with specifiers to understand project requirements, including aesthetic preferences, technical specifications, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- Product Education and Training: Provide comprehensive product education and training on our quartz surfaces, including features, benefits, applications, and installation techniques.
- Specification Writing: Assist specifiers in writing detailed product specifications that meet project requirements and comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Project Tracking and Follow-up: Track projects through various stages of the specification process, from initial design to project completion.
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and initiatives to increase product specification and sales.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration is preferred.
- 5-8 years of sales, marketing, business development, or specification experience in the quartz surfaces or ceramics industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in working with architects, designers, contractors, and other specifiers to influence product specifications and selections for construction projects.
- Strong sales and marketing background with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships within the construction or building materials sector.
- An estimated salary of $120,000-$180,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
