Role Description
A technology startup is seeking a Head of Sales to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing an annual sales strategy that covers prospecting, upselling, and expanding key relationships.
  • Closing large-scale enterprise deals in the 50L - 2Cr range across BFSI and other industries.
  • Leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team of 8-10 sales professionals, ensuring they consistently exceed their quotas.

Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 4 years in a leadership capacity, successfully managing and scaling high-performance sales teams.
  • Strong analytical approach to sales, with the ability to track input/output metrics and optimize processes for better efficiency.
