Key Accountabilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the CGD sector.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure maximum productivity and performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10-14 years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the CGD sector.
- Strong understanding of CNG/PNG/CBG processes, equipment, and industry dynamics.
