Job Summary:
We are seeking a Hotel Revenue Growth Expert to join our team at BOTSHOT. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a key role in driving revenue growth for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in revenue management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust rates strategies regularly
- Set up new hotel content on OTAs, including room types, rate categories, descriptions, images, features, policies, and availability
- Maintain accurate client records and account notes
- Identify new revenue opportunities
- Coordinate with hotel staff and OTAs market managers
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reservation/revenue within the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong interest in software products and hospitality industry
- Proven track record of working in a hyper-growth environment and ability to do zero to 1 and 1 to 100
- Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills
- Passion for quality and customer excellence
- Strong work-ethic and hands-on mentality
- Exceptional team player skills
- Great phone presence, the ability to engage and excite potential customers
- Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables (time management skills)
