Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve occupancy rates, average room rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
- Coach and counsel employees to improve performance and address any issues.
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality control standards for all hotel services and amenities.
- Minimum three years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Strong computer systems skills, including reservations and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
