Job Title: Chief Programme Officer

Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini is a unique leadership development academy that aims to nurture and build capacities of elected representatives, political and social workers.

With a special consultative status provided by the United Nations Economic and Social Council, RMP is one of the leading institutions in the Indian subcontinent.

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Programme Officer to lead our initiatives and bring newer dimensions to our current activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, with at least 10 years of experience in program management, supervision, and budgeting.

They should be knowledgeable about socio-political environments and able to identify training needs, offer relevant training programs to socio-political groups.

Experience in establishing goals, prioritizing projects, creating standards, and monitoring quality and outcomes of programs is essential.

A versatile candidate with experience in planning, publicity, report writing, program proposals, printing, book creation, documentation, etc. preferably in a Social organization will be given preference.

  • Training design & content development and its execution
  • Creating visibility for programs
  • Report writing, project proposals and documentation

Requirements: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English (written & spoken) is preferred. Computer literacy is must & proficiency in word, excel & PowerPoint is desirable.
