Job Summary:
\We are seeking a seasoned director to lead our strategic planning efforts. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and be skilled at crafting compelling experiences through data-driven insights, innovative technologies, and expertise.
\This role requires close collaboration with our client servicing team to continuously enhance the direction of our strategies, recommended programs, and tactics.
\- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to develop unique and differentiated insights.
- Create integrated campaign strategies that serve as a foundation for creative teams to deliver impactful results.
- Present clear, concise visual presentations with a compelling narrative that drives business objectives.
- Translate business goals into effective social media and digital media plans that drive engagement and conversion.
- Analyze data to define overall strategy for distribution and amplification across various channels.
- Determine the most effective advertising approaches to achieve goals while considering budget constraints.
- Participate in new business pitches as needed to showcase expertise.
Requirements:
\- Postgraduate degree with 7 years of experience in brand planning, social media, or digital campaign management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect business requirements to strategic solutions.
- Research and data analytical skills with the ability to generate data-based insights.
- Passionate about staying up-to-date on the fast-evolving social/digital media landscape.
- Eye for innovation and emerging platforms or partners.
- Able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
