Key Responsibilities:

  3. Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption">
  4. Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met">
  5. Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope">
  6. Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact">
  7. Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership">
  8. Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, embedding a culture of delivery excellence across the organisation">
