Transformational Tech Leadership Opportunity

Role Overview
  • Lead the development of production-grade AI/ML products, leveraging expertise in full-stack product engineering.
  • Build, scale, and deploy Agentic AI systems, RAG frameworks, LangChain, and LangGraph-based applications.
  • Design and deploy scalable architectures on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
  • Deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) with rapid feature iterations, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Mentor and manage a growing team of developers and interns, fostering growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, investors, and board members to align technology strategy with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3–8 years of strong coding and product development experience, with a proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in AI/ML pipelines and productization, including:
  • Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures
  • LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs
  • GCP services (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.)
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative is desirable.
