Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead projects involving Large Language Models, NLP, recommendation engines, and predictive models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
  • Leading successful projects with minimal delays or cost overruns.
  • Improving model performance and reducing latency.
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to best practices in MLOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
  • Practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
  • Proven background in recommendation systems, personalization, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with APIs & microservices (FastAPI, Django REST, Flask).
  • Experience with cloud ML deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD for production ML.
