Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML Engineer to join our global team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom machine learning models for business-specific problems, leveraging expertise in NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and more.
  • Pipeline Engineering: Build, maintain, and scale AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  • Model Optimization: Optimize models using advanced techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, and GPU optimization.
  • Research and Innovation: Contribute to research initiatives and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs, generative AI, and automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Document technical processes, architectures, and pipeline workflows for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Programming Expertise: Strong programming skills in Python, along with proficiency in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
  • Pipeline Management: Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines using tools like Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, and Prefect.
  • Data Preprocessing: Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Cloud AI/ML Platforms: Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms, including AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, and GCP Vertex AI.
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Fine-Tuning Large Language Models: Experience fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Real-Time/Streaming Data Processing: Exposure to real-time/streaming data processing using Kafka and Spark Streaming.
  • Microservices and API Development: Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration.
  • Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning: Experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning techniques.
