Senior AI Developer Role

Overview

The Senior AI Developer will lead the development of cutting-edge AI and ML solutions to automate business processes, enhance self-service applications, and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Solution Development:
    • Design, develop, and deploy Gen-AI and ML-based solutions using Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
    • Implement advanced algorithms and models to enhance the performance and accuracy of self-service applications.
    • Ensure scalability and reliability of AI solutions in production environments.
  • Research and Innovation:
    • Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen-AI and ML technologies.
    • Experiment with new techniques and methodologies to improve the capabilities of conversational bots.
    • Explore innovative ways to leverage Gen-AI and LLMs for automating complex tasks.
  • Automation Development:
    • Identify opportunities for automating business processes using Gen-AI and LLMs.
    • Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention.
    • Collaborate with process experts to understand process requirements and design appropriate AI solutions.
  • Integration and Management:
    • Integrate Gen-AI and ML solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
    • Ensure seamless deployment of AI-driven automation tools across various functions and business units.
    • Develop APIs and microservices to facilitate the integration of AI solutions with other software systems.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Gen-AI and LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI/ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms like GCP & Azure.
  • Knowledge of ML techniques including Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting Algorithm, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction / Engineering, Anomaly Detection, Natural Language Processing (including Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modeling), Natural Language Generation.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
  • Exposure to frameworks from LangChain.
  • Experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with voice recognition and synthesis technologies.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced ML techniques.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively about complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
