Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead GenAI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the architecture of our AI Agent platforms, ensuring they are cost-efficient and aligned with the overall architectural vision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing complex system architectures that meet business requirements
  • Leading the implementation of major product features and enhancements
  • Ensuring high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs)
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs (or equivalent scale)
  • 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
