About the Role:

This is a challenging position for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered applications.

The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize AI-driven solutions for the healthcare and life sciences domain, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance.

The role involves working on cutting-edge projects that leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing agentic AI workflows for clinical source verification, discrepancy detection, and intelligent query generation.
  • Building and integrating LLM-powered agents using AWS Bedrock and open-source frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
  • Developing event-driven data pipelines leveraging AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
  • Applying prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent communication techniques to enhance workflow performance.
  • Integrating AI agents securely with external systems via APIs.
  • Collaborating with data engineers to design PHI/PII-safe ingestion pipelines, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Monitoring, testing, and fine-tuning AI workflows for accuracy, latency, scalability, and compliance.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with proven hands-on expertise in LLM/agentic AI development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
  • Practical experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen.
  • Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services: Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Comprehend Medical.
  • Proficiency in API integration and event-driven architectures.
