Business Process Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Process Coordinator, you will play a key role in streamlining our business processes and ensuring seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather information and provide solutions to business requirements.
  • Identify existing processes for revision or update.
  • Provide tailored solutions to branches for specific business needs.
  • Assist product, operations, and management teams as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of branch banking products, operations, and processes.
  • Knowledge of deceased claim related processes is mandatory.
  • Able to think proactively for process changes from a business process re-engineering perspective.
  • Aware of competitive practices.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and close tasks efficiently.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Assertive attitude.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Keen eye for market intelligence and competition.
  • Strong follow-up ability and keenness to complete tasks.
