We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Associate Process Manager.
- Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating business processes, ensuring seamless integration with clients. Key responsibilities include preparing weekly reporting dashboards and presentations for leadership/QBRs, and coordinating independently with onshore clients via conference calls and emails.
- Required Skills:
- Proficiency in XML, HTML, Python, and VBA Macros is essential for this role.
- Experience with e-procurement platforms such as SAP/Ariba/Oracle is also required.
- Knowledge of webMethods and PowerBI is beneficial.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) are necessary for success in this role.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions is also essential.
- Additional Requirements:
- End-to-end understanding of customer onboarding processes is crucial for this role.
- Hands-on experience with B2B profile setup and deployment is also required.
