Job Title: Business Process Analyst

The role of a Business Process Analyst involves reviewing and improving business processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

  • This includes analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to streamline operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a B. Com Graduate / MBA Finance background and experience in MIS / P&A profile.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Prepare and process monthly Transfer Pricing & Allocation (TPA) reports, connecting with business stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Budgeting: Prepare the Admin Budget for the FY - Opex & Capex, sharing it with relevant teams and tracking actual vs budget performance.
  • Cost Optimization: Evaluate rent booking accuracy, coordinate cost corrections, and analyze business-wise cost data.
Technical Skills:
  • System Development: Develop new systems to automate cost and admin processes, working towards automating Admin MIS, dashboards, and branch costing.

The successful candidate should be able to think critically, solve problems, and communicate effectively. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve overall performance.
