Lead Business Analyst

Qualification :

- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from a recognized institution.

Experience :

- Minimum 10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.

- Proven track record of working as a Business Analyst Lead in at least 3 projects, each having a duration of more than one year.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across large, complex projects.

- Drive requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

- Mentor and guide a team of Business Analysts, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, and QA.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define business needs and solutions.

- Ensure business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into technical specifications.

- Track and manage requirement changes and ensure alignment with project and Competencies :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Expertise in business process modeling, use cases, and requirement traceability.

- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and other BA-related platforms.

- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. (ref:hirist.tech)
