
Regional Sales Director

Our organization is seeking a Branch Head to lead the overall operations of our Commercial Real Estate Branch Office. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role for a professional who can independently manage the branch's revenue goals while ensuring seamless coordination across support functions such as HR, Marketing, Accounts, and Inventory.
The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of overall experience with at least 4–5 years in a city level leadership role managing both sales and support functions such as HR, admin, finance, marketing, or inventory. Experience in commercial real estate is preferable, but other industries like Co-working / Managed Office Operators, Corporate Facility Management Services, Business Centers / Commercial Interior Solutions, and City Operations Heads from high-involvement services are also considered.

The successful candidate should possess:
- Strong team leadership with hands-on, on-ground management style
- Strong grip on CRM systems, sales funnel monitoring, and dashboard reviews

A Graduate/MBA in Business Management, Real Estate, or related fields (preferred) is required. Candidates residing in Pune or Mumbai will be considered.
