Job Title: Regional Head

This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional to lead and manage design operations in the Gurugram region.

The Regional Head will be responsible for driving architectural and interior design strategy across all projects in the region, serving as the key point of contact for regional design initiatives, leading client workshops, design presentations, and value engineering discussions.

Key Responsibilities:Regional Design Leadership
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Project Oversight & Execution
  • Oversee all design phases from concept to construction documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
  • Coordinate with engineering, MEP, and PMC teams for seamless integration.
Design Excellence & Innovation
  • Maintain high standards of design innovation, space planning, and user-centric design.
  • Implement sustainable and LEED-compliant solutions wherever applicable.
  • Regularly audit design output for quality and alignment with organizational goals.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Interface with clients, real estate consultants, and vendors.
  • Handle design-related RFIs, change requests, and design clarifications on-site.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through design strategy and visioning.
Team Management & Mentoring
  • Lead and mentor a regional team of architects, interior designers, and 3D visualizers.
  • Conduct design reviews, performance appraisals, and internal training sessions.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to statutory norms, building codes, and regulatory approvals.
  • Mitigate project and design risks through proactive planning.
Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field, a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, excellent communication and project management skills, and experience working in commercial and workplace sectors.

Certifications in LEED, WELL, or other relevant sustainability programs are a plus.
