Job Description

As a seasoned operations leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and tactical execution of our warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of warehouse processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.

  • Regional Leadership: Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and safety standards.
  • P&L Management: Take ownership of regional warehouse P&L including budgeting, cost control, productivity, and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency in inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Solutioning & Process Improvement: Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
  • Customer Management: Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, operations design, and customer solutioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
