Digital Growth Lead

We are seeking a seasoned growth expert to lead our lead acquisition efforts. This role involves driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding digital distribution channels, and optimizing campaign performance.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong focus on paid media, social media, and viral trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a robust lead acquisition strategy, managing key distribution channels, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns, a deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels, and excellent analytical skills. They will also possess a proactive, hands-on approach to work and a growth hacking mindset with a history of implementing creative, scalable, and unconventional strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Paid Media Expertise: Hands-on experience with major paid platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Social Media Acumen: Deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior.
- Channel Management: Ability to manage, optimize, and expand digital distribution channels.
- Growth Strategy: Capacity to ideate, execute, and iterate on growth strategies from start to finish.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Excellent analytical skills with a focus on interpreting performance data.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize new opportunities.
