Key Responsibilities:
MIS FrameworksCreate comprehensive MIS frameworks aligned with investment strategies and operational needs, focusing on the private equity sector.
- Review control and monitoring mechanisms, establish, and track critical KPIs periodically, and perform gap analysis.
Analyze financial data, develop financial models, and provide industry-specific insights into key financial ratios and KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostic reviews of financial statements and industry benchmarking.
Assist clients in integrations, separations, and carve-outs, including planning and managing Day 1 activities for seamless business transitions.
- Support deal execution by providing timely and accurate data analysis, financial modeling, and decision-making insights.
Lead functional workstreams, conduct interviews, workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement services effectively.
- Develop and manage project plans, identify risks, and issues, and work with the team and client to create mitigation actions.
