Key Responsibilities

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to conduct in-depth market research on plasma-derived products, therapies, and biopharmaceutical trends.

  • The ideal candidate will track global plasma industry developments, including supply/demand trends, therapeutic pipeline, pricing, and reimbursement dynamics.
  • They will monitor and analyze competitor strategies, product launches, manufacturing capacity, and partnerships.
  • Additionally, the successful applicant will assess regulatory frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements impacting plasma products across regions.
  • Developing and maintaining market models, forecasts, and dashboards for plasma product categories is also essential.
  • The role requires providing strategic insights to R&D, commercial, and business development teams to support product lifecycle planning.
  • Preparing intelligence reports, competitive analyses, and executive briefings for senior management is a critical aspect of the position.
  • Identifying opportunities and risks in existing and emerging markets for plasma-derived therapies is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications

A strong background in one of the following fields is necessary:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Economics, or Business Management (Master's preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in market intelligence, strategy, business research, or consulting in healthcare/biopharma.
  • Proficiency in market research tools, forecasting methods, and competitive intelligence databases is essential.
  • Excellent data analysis, communication, and presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with medical affairs, regulatory, sales, and R&D teams is also necessary.
