Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions using MCI/Datorama, ensuring seamless data streams and accurate reporting metrics.

As a Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing data streams and creating holistic views of marketing performance using MCI/Datorama.
  • Designing and building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (previously Datorama).
  • Utilising pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations to tell compelling stories about marketing performance.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 3+ years' experience with MCI/Datorama, including data mapping and normalisation.
  • A solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Experience with Datorama Data Streams, APIs, TotalConnect, and related data streams.
