Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Security & Compliance Lead to own and execute end-to-end security audits and compliance initiatives across applications, infrastructure, and organizational processes. This role ensures systems, applications, and business operations are secure, compliant, and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting technical assessments required by new clients
  • Analysing and completing detailed cloud infrastructure security and compliance questionnaires
  • Maintaining documentation and templates for commonly requested BFSI assessment artifacts

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of data protection and encryption methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with security controls, vulnerability scanning tools, or SIEM
