Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Cybersecurity Architect with strong expertise in advanced threat detection and response solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of security architecture, proven experience as a leader during critical incidents, awareness of recent threats and adversarial techniques, and strong business and interpersonal skills to manage risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for high-severity alerts and incidents across on-prem, endpoint, and cloud workloads
  • Perform deep-dive investigations into complex threats such as cloud-native attacks, malware and ransomware, insider threats, and advanced persistent threat campaigns
  • Correlate telemetry from various sources to detect sophisticated threats
  • Lead major incident response as an incident commander, coordinating SOC, IR, cloud, and IT teams
  • Drive containment, eradication, and recovery for both on-premises and cloud security incidents
  • Deliver comprehensive post-incident reports with actionable remediation guidance
  • Participate in blue/red team exercises to improve detection logic and align with MITRE ATT&CK
  • Mentor SOC analysts and junior engineers in advanced investigations and cloud IR
  • Review and update security policies, protocols, and capabilities to address emerging threats

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with endpoint detection and response tools, such as CrowdStrike Falcon
  • Expertise in security information and event management platforms, such as Splunk and/or Google SecOps (Chronicle)
  • Skilled in cloud monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP) and incident handling
  • Proven track record as incident commander handling multi-vector incidents
  • Deep understanding of Windows and Linux internals
  • Proficiency with data loss prevention tools, such as MS Defender and Zscaler
  • Familiarity with cloud security posture management tools, such as Wiz, Qualys, AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender, and GCP SCC
  • Experience with security orchestration automation, and response platforms, such as Splunk SOAR and Google Siemplify
  • Scripting skills in languages like Python, PowerShell, or similar for automation
