Information Security Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.
- Lead the development and execution of security awareness and training programs for all employees to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
- Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of Pixis' operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches, and coordinate incident response activities to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in cybersecurity, and assess their potential impact on Pixis' security posture.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders on matters related to information security and compliance.
- Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership and the board of directors on the state of Pixis' information security program, including key metrics, risks, and initiatives.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of information security professionals to ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives.
