Strategic Total Reward Partner Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Total Reward Partner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead total reward priorities, delivering solutions that support colleagues and business aspirations.

In this role, you will operate at a high level of conceptual thinking, guiding the business through change and risk management while ensuring total reward practices are future-proofed and customer-centric.

  • Leading total reward advice and guidance across the business unit(s), developing customer-centric data-led solutions within group frameworks/policies.
  • Collaborating with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions enhancing total reward effectiveness for improved business performance.
  • Driving leadership and line manager understanding of total reward value and impact.
  • Working with CoE teams to simplify total reward delivery and drive performance across business units through insights.

The ideal candidate will have experience in being a customer champion, change agent, collaborative partner, and commercial thinker.

Key Accountabilities:

As a senior specialist, your key accountabilities will include:

  • Implementing and embedding total reward programmes, enhancing EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and bringing external perspectives to increase organisational performance.
  • Developing advanced business partnering skills, translating business unit/CU goals into total reward programmes.
  • Utilizing expert analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and make data-driven decisions.
  • Facilitating smooth transition of total reward change through change and project delivery expertise.
  • Communicating through customer-centric design using storytelling with data/business insights.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years' experience leading effective change in total reward.
  • Deep technical total reward experience in multiple areas.
  • Experience as an agile, trusted business partner with significant people risks management.
