Job Title: Capital Markets Expert

We seek a seasoned Capital Markets professional to lead high-value transactions, including IPOs, Rights Issues, and Bond issuances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic capital market transaction plans, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Counsel clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and deal structuring.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution, from due diligence to regulatory coordination.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.

The ideal candidate holds a CA or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance/Commerce. They possess excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills, as well as strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
