Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will ensure that campaigns are effectively designed, executed, monitored, and optimized to achieve business goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline) aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Handle end-to-end campaign lifecycle – from ideation, targeting, and content creation to execution and reporting.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, email, paid ads, SEO, and influencer outreach.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities for campaigns and partnerships to enhance visibility and conversions.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and present them to management.
