Job Overview:

The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation structures, benefits administration, performance & rewards, policy & compliance, analytics & reporting, and employee engagement & communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compensation structures aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of benefits and recommend changes in line with employee needs and cost optimization.
  • Drive annual compensation review cycles.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair, transparent, and performance-driven reward systems.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain governance and documentation for compensation & benefits programs.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate reward policies, benefits, and compensation philosophy effectively to employees.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for employee queries related to pay, benefits, and rewards.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles is essential.
