Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional MIS Manager to lead our land acquisition team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking in renewable energy projects across India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive MIS framework for all land acquisition activities, covering multiple projects and states.
  • Collate data from ground teams and project sites into centralized dashboards, promoting data-driven insights.
  • Generate reports for senior management, highlighting progress, delays, risks, and opportunities.
Data Integrity & Governance
  • Maintain high accuracy, completeness, and consistency of land-related data.
  • Ensure historical records of land deals, ownership documentation, clearances, and legal status.
  • Implement data entry protocols and quality checks across regional teams.
Performance Monitoring
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as land parcels acquired, legal clearances obtained, lead time, and state-wise progress.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the acquisition process and escalate them for corrective action.
  • Synchronize target-setting and benchmarking for zonal land acquisition teams.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with regional land teams, legal, finance, and project execution teams for data updates.
  • Support internal and external audits with timely data access and reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for system enhancements and integration.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Submit reports to internal audit, statutory, and regulatory bodies on schedule.
  • Maintain documentation trails for internal governance and due diligence.
