Overseas Admission Manager Job Overview

The role of Overseas Admission Manager is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for leading the study abroad team.

This senior-level position requires a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in international recruitment and student counseling. Key responsibilities include managing a team of coaches/country counselors, ensuring compliance with visa requirements, and maintaining relationships with universities across various countries.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and evaluating student applications, staying updated on education policies and immigration regulations, and addressing any issues or concerns raised by students.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions is also an essential part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 8-10 coaches/country counselors
  • Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with their visa applications
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications
  • Establish and maintain relationships with universities across various countries
  • Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions
