Program Manager">

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of programs at Inventure Academy that help students prepare for life, align with the core purpose and core values.

This role includes managing whole school programs such as Community Outreach, Internships, Field Trips and Guest Lectures. The Manager must ensure high-quality delivery while maintaining engagement.

The required skills include planning and multi-tasking, communication, analytical skills, data and information management, and taking initiative and persistence.

  • Planning & multi-tasking: working in a high-intensity environment with ability to handle complex projects
  • Communication: This role requires excellent written & interpersonal communication skills to engage with stakeholders - parents, educators, and external partners. Ability to write and respond to emails without errors is necessary.
  • Analytical skills- basic understanding of working with data, identify patterns and trends and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Data and Information Management- save and organize data concerning programs, processes, and best practices for dissemination

Qualifications
• 6-8 years of relevant experience designing & managing educational projects and teams
• Prior experience in organizing physical and online events/programs
• Domain knowledge of Skills Development programs/Social Work/Education/Psychology/Sociology/Entrepreneurship/Child Rights/Impact assessment
• Masters in any of the domains mentioned above
• Excellent communication skills in English language.
• Knowing spoken Kannada is an added advantage.
