Undergraduate Admissions Manager

The Undergraduate Admissions Manager is a pivotal role in shaping student journeys, from initial counseling to university acceptances.

  1. Lead a team of counselors, collaborate with mentors and editors, and support students in building distinctive profiles.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee student admissions processes, including onboarding, profile development, and university decisions.
  • Develop strong academic and extracurricular profiles through research, internships, and community impact projects.
  • Strategize personalized student journeys, advising on subject selection, standardized testing, and long-term academic planning.
  • Review and provide detailed feedback on application components, including personal statements and resumes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of counselors, ensuring consistency and timely communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align strategy and execution for each student.
  • Organize trainings, case reviews, and brainstorming sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance on undergraduate admissions platforms.
  • Maintain clear communication with students and parents, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Track and document student milestones to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in any discipline (preferably from or with experience studying in the U.S., U.K., or Canada).
  • 2–4 years of experience in academic counseling, university admissions, or education advisory roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in academic and admissions writing.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities, with confidence to manage multiple high-stakes student timelines.
  • Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to build trust with students and families.
  • Collaborative mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally with mentors, editors, and academic leads.
  • Familiarity with undergraduate/postgraduate platforms is strongly preferred.
