We prioritize delivering exceptional results for our clients—before, during, and after the sale. As a Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for handling service calls, traveling across cities or states as needed, fixing, maintaining and supporting our machines on the ground, troubleshooting problems in the field, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle service calls and travel across cities or states as needed
  • Fix, maintain, and support our machines on the ground
  • Troubleshoot problems in the field
  • Ensure client satisfaction by following through on issues until resolved

What We Need:

  • Hands-on experience with technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
  • Clear communication skills with ability to interact with clients directly—even under pressure
  • Engineering degree and some experience in the tech or engineering sector
  • Ability to adapt to frequent travel or last-minute requirements
