**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Medicaid Healthcare systems and a strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud solutions.

About the Role:

  • The Senior Technical Architect will be responsible for designing and documenting the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • They will create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, integration details, and implementation guidelines.
  • The architect will develop and maintain architecture diagrams, workflows, and data flow diagrams.
  • They will collaborate with business, product, and development teams to align architecture with requirements.
  • The Senior Technical Architect will provide guidance on technology stack, integrations, scalability, and security best practices.
  • They will review solutions and ensure compliance with healthcare and Medicaid-specific standards.
  • The role requires participation in technical discussions and providing architectural recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the healthcare domain, preferably Medicaid.
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams (UML, ERD, workflow models, etc.).
  • Hands-on knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI X12, HIPAA compliance).
  • Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
