We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain billing, revenue, and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) modules
  • Provide technical support for the Zuora platform, addressing issues and optimizing performance
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless connections between Zuora and enterprise systems
  • Develop custom workflows to automate business processes within Zuora
  • Create reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
  • Conduct end-to-end testing and validate integrations
  • Analyze and manage data flows between Zuora and other systems
  • Support automation and accurate reporting within Zuora Revenue
  • Collaborate closely with finance, IT, and operational teams
  • Provide training and support to the finance team
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation
  • Monitor system health and implement solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills in Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ modules
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with workflow automation and report creation
