Sales Growth Strategist

At NowFloats, we are seeking a talented Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and the expansion of existing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
You will have 3-5 years' experience in customer-facing environments, such as sales or account management, and a proven track record of consistent KPIs related to customer acquisition and retention. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, has a detailed understanding of the market and customer behaviors, and is able to generate sales via research, outbound calling, email initiatives, and other tactics.
