- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or life sciences.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and commercial growth, preferably in the life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
