About the Role
Collabera is seeking an Inside Sales Executive who can cultivate opportunities for business development and plan strategies to target potential clients and customers. The inside sales team is crucial to a successful organization, as they generate new revenue by securing client referrals, network, and web leads.

Responsibilities
Coordinating sales and customer service activities on clients' accounts
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts
Setting up meetings with US-based clients via calls and emails
Acknowledging incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages, and passing them to the sales representative or account manager for a detailed response
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Collaborating with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts
Conducting market research on all potential clients
Developing customized targeted sales strategies
Coordinating business generation activities
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
