Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mass Retail Distribution professional to lead our distribution strategy in the circle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of formulating and implementing successful distribution strategies, driving revenue growth, and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust distribution channel strategy to achieve trade advocacy, sustainable reach, coverage, and geographical footprint.
  • Achieve Gross and Net Acquisition targets for the distribution channel.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Head to set distribution KPIs and deliver sales targets for all products.
  • Plan new product launches in the distribution channel and evaluate distribution coverage, penetration, and performance.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of distribution experience in Telecom/FMCG/Mass Retail Distribution industry.
  • Multi-geography team leadership experience to bring in best practices.
  • Experience of distribution planning and channel strategy implementation.
  • Ability to lead channels with large numbers of partners of varying sizes and complexity.
  • Independent thought leadership and drive to execute.
