Job Description:

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Your primary goal is to optimize retail outlet performance by implementing efficient processes and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly sales targets through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and team supervision.
Inventory Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize stock levels, ensure timely ordering, and maintain optimal inventory control.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline home delivery orders and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Visual Merchandising:
  • Design and execute visually appealing in-store displays, signage, and layouts to engage customers and boost sales.
  • Ensure regular updates of promotional materials, product displays, and store layouts to maintain a high level of visual appeal.
Service Management:
  • Oversee spa and grooming services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and high-quality pet care.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and development to meet business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail operations or store management, preferably in the pet retail or lifestyle retail sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems, POS systems, CRM tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams.
Good to Have:
  • Prior experience in pet retail, spa, grooming, or lifestyle retail sectors.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
