Job Title:

Shift Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Shift Operations Manager to oversee mechanical maintenance activities during the shift. This includes troubleshooting breakdowns, planning and allocating preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and driving safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities during the shift.
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
  • Plan and allocate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Drive safety compliance, logbook updates, and 5S practices.
  • Lead root cause analysis and suggest corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

A successful candidate should have Shift in Charge experience with mechanical devotion and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
