We are seeking a skilled Environmental & Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing sustainability programs that align with corporate values and global environmental standards.

About the Role

This strategic and hands-on position offers a unique opportunity to influence how we approach environmental responsibility. You will work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to promote sustainable practices and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability initiatives that support long-term environmental goals, including energy efficiency upgrades, waste reduction programs, and sustainability certifications.
  • Analyze and report environmental performance data, including carbon emissions, energy usage, and waste management, using data analysis tools and sustainability software.
  • Conduct environmental risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks and maximize benefits.
  • Research new technologies, materials, and methods to enhance sustainability performance and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on sustainability practices and environmental compliance, promoting a culture of sustainability throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field is required, as well as 3–5 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability program management, or ESG reporting within a corporate or consulting environment.
  • You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sustainability frameworks and proficiency in data analysis tools and sustainability software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and engaging way to diverse audiences.
